Join Us for a Day of Support and Camaraderie: North Beach RSL Sub-Branch Open Day and Sausage Sizzle

The North Beach RSL Sub-Branch is proud to host a special Open Day and Sausage Sizzle on Sunday, 24 November 2024, starting at 11:00 AM at the Charles Riley Memorial Reserve in North Beach. This event is designed to raise awareness about the valuable support and services offered to current and former members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF), emergency service workers, and peacekeepers transitioning to civilian life.

Event Details:

• Date: Sunday, 24 November 2024
• Time: 11:00 AM onwards
• Location: Charles Riley Memorial Reserve, corner of North Beach Road and Kitchener Street, North Beach (adjoining the car park, near the North Beach Memorial)

This event will highlight the important role the Returned and Services League (RSL) of Western Australia plays in supporting veterans and their families. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with members of the North Beach RSL Sub-Branch and learn about the numerous benefits of membership, including:

• Advocacy and Welfare Services: Our team will be on hand to explain how the Sub-Branch actively advocates for veterans and provides wellbeing and welfare support.
• Recreational Activities: From kayaking and cycling to walking groups and day tours, discover the social and recreational activities available to RSL members.
• Camaraderie and Connection: The event will emphasize the importance of camaraderie and the strong sense of community fostered within the Sub-Branch.

We encourage all serving and ex-serving veterans, peacekeepers, emergency service workers, first responders, and their families to attend. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others, enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, and learn about the range of services and support available to you through the RSL.
