ecoming a member of the North Beach RSL Sub-Branch means joining a community dedicated to supporting veterans and their families. Our membership is open to anyone who has served or is currently serving in the Australian Defence Force, as well as those who wish to support the goals and activities of our Sub-Branch.

Membership Types

We offer various membership types to cater to different needs and backgrounds:

  • Service Membership: Service Membership is open to any person who has served in any of the Australian Defence Forces for at least one full day or;
  • For a minimum of six months in the Regular or Reserve Forces of any Commonwealth of Nations country.
  • In the Regular or Reserve Forces of the United States of America, or
  • In the Regular or Reserve Forces of a country not considered an enemy of Australia.
  • Affiliate Membership: Individuals aged 18 or older are eligible for Affiliate Memberships, granted they:
  • Are related to a person eligible for Service Membership, or have been a member for at least six months of one of the following
  • Fire Brigade
  • Police
  • Nurses
  • Emergency Services
  • Prison Officers
  • Australian Border Force
  • Cadets (Adults)

How to Join

Joining North Beach RSL Sub-Branch is straightforward:

  1. Complete the Application Form: Fill out the membership application form available on RSLWA’s website (online or download form) or at the Sub-Branch.
  2. Submit Your Application: Submit the completed form along with any required documents.
  3. Membership Approval: Your application will be reviewed, and upon approval, you will be welcomed as a member of RSLWA and the Sub-Branch.
