Honouring Arthur Leggett, OAM

This month, RSL WA pays tribute to the late Arthur Leggett, OAM—a revered WWII veteran, former POW, and cherished community figure—who passed away at the age of 106. His remarkable life and legacy serve as a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made by our greatest generation.

Strategic Vision and Priorities

RSL WA reaffirms its commitment to enabling veterans and their families to thrive, focusing on three strategic priorities:

  • Ensuring relevance, agility, and inclusivity for veterans and their families in WA.
  • Strengthening the organization for future generations.
  • Maintaining trust and credibility within the community

These priorities aim to position the League to support veterans and their families for generations to come.

Board Elections and Leadership

The upcoming 2025 Board elections emphasize the need for a diverse and skilled leadership team to navigate the complexities of the organization. Members are encouraged to consider nominating, with a focus on acquiring the necessary skills and qualifications to lead RSL WA into the future.
