Peer Health
Get fit and involved for better health and wellbeing with your peers.
Our Walking group meet every Wednesday and Friday from 08:00 to 08:45 at the southern Hillarys Marina car park.
At 8am, Wednesdays and Fridays, the Kayakers meet in the Hillarys Yacht Club car park western end.
The Bike group ride each Wednesday and Friday.
Join us for Coffee every Wednesday and Friday, from about 09:15. Look for our RSL North Beach sign, southern end overlooking the Marina.
Community
We provide a supportive and friendly community for our serving and ex-serving members of the Defence Forces and Emergency Services.
Well Being
We have a dedicated volunteer group of members who visit their peers when they are not doing so well.
Also, we have ready access to DVA Advocates to help with the all important submissions relating to injury or ill health caused by service in the Australian Defence Force.
